"Good communication from start to finish"
I had a good experience with Tuffy Tire & Auto Service overall. They kept me in the loop the whole time, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. The guy I spoke with explained everything in a simple way, which I really appreciated. There wasn’t any pressure or confusing talk either. Maybe a couple replies could’ve been a little faster, but they were still quick and helpful. I’d use them again.

"I brought my car into Tuffy after..."
I brought my car into Tuffy after hearing a weird noise from the brakes, and they were really honest with me. They checked it out, explained what was going on in about 5 minutes, and didn’t try to sell me 10 extra things I didn’t need. The price seemed fair, maybe right around what I expected, and the car feels solid again. Overall, I’d go back

I was actually pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff were. The service was good overall, even though I did have to wait a little bit. Still, everyone was friendly and made the experience a positive one...

"Really solid repair work"
I took my car to tuffy for a repair, they did a great job. It drives smooth again, no weird noises, no rattling, what more can you ask for? The price felt fair too, which is always a relief. If I need more work done down the road, would I go back? Yeah, definitely.

"Slow service and too many transfers"
The service was definitely slower than I expected. What annoyed me most was getting transferred around before anyone could actually help me. Once I finally got to the right person, they did get it handled okay, but the whole process took longer than it should have.

"I went on Tuffy Tire & Auto Service..."
I went on Tuffy Tire & Auto Service to look at the service options, and the pricing being easy to see before doing anything, I liked that. It didn’t feel like they were hiding stuff or making me call just to get some basic idea first. The final cost ended up being close to what I was expecting. I took off one star because a few details, they could be explained a little better.

"Good staff, easy to deal with"
I went to tuffy for a basic service, and the staff was really nice and professional. They explained what they were doing without making me feel dumb, which I appreciated, because I was a little confused about what all needed to be checked.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the wait ended up being longer than I expected, and I wasn’t totally sure why at first. Still, everyone was polite and handled everything well, so I’d probably go back.

"I needed to get my car checked..."
I needed to get my car checked out and figured I’d probably be waiting a few days, but Tuffy had openings sooner than I thought. I was able to choose a time that actually worked for me, and setting it up was simple. They took me in right on time too, which was nice. Overall, it just felt easy and like they had things handled, so I’m glad it didn’t end up throwing off my whole week.
